What was your inspiration for pursuing a job in STEM?
“I was inspired to pursue civil engineering because it allows me to contribute to projects that improve communities and everyday life. I enjoy seeing those projects come to life through construction and make a meaningful difference for the people who use them.”
What was your favorite part of the Accelerate Success program while attending Le Moyne College?
“My favorite part of Accelerate Success was hearing women in STEM share their experiences and gaining insight into their career journeys.”
How did Accelerate Success help you prepare for your career?
“The Accelerate Success program had a significant impact on my academic and professional growth. I was surrounded by driven women who shared their perspectives and experiences, helping me build confidence and broaden my outlook. The program also provided valuable resources for interviews, resume development, and career preparation. Most importantly, it gave me insight into the transition from college to the workplace, including both the professional expectations and the day-to-day experience of working with a new team.”
