What was your inspiration for pursuing a job in STEM?
“I was inspired to join the technology field because it allowed me to combine my passion for innovation with my desire to help people. As technology continues to evolve, I saw an opportunity to create meaningful solutions, improve everyday experiences, and make a positive impact while doing work I genuinely enjoy.”
What was your favorite part of the Accelerate Success program while attending Le Moyne College?
“My favorite part of the Accelerate Success program was becoming a mentor. That experience showed me how rewarding it is to support and encourage others, and it sparked a passion that has stayed with me throughout my career. Mentoring young talent has since become one of the most meaningful and fulfilling parts of my professional journey.”
How did Accelerate Success help you prepare for your career?
“The Accelerate Success program gave me access to an incredible program leader, a supportive peer mentor, and valuable resources that helped me grow both personally and professionally. As I progressed, I had the opportunity to give back by mentoring another young woman, which was especially rewarding. The program introduced me to networking, strengthened my professional connections, and built my confidence. Thanks to Stempower at Le Moyne, I graduated with a strong foundation and a meaningful head start in my career.”

“Seek out mentors, build a strong network, and don’t be afraid to ask questions or pursue new opportunities. Growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Most importantly, support other women in STEM. When we lift each other up, we all succeed.”
