What was your inspiration for pursuing a job in STEM?
“I wanted to be a voice that protects environmental health and create unique systems that benefit the community. I love biology and have an interest in mindful resource management and sustainability.”
What was your favorite part of the Accelerate Success program while attending Le Moyne College?
“Career Panels. It was inspiring to hear other STEM women's experiences in the workplace and learn about opportunities.”
How did Accelerate Success help you prepare for your career?
“I joined my freshman year and I owe a big thanks to Terri Mitchell and Meredith Tornabene, Student Success Advocate at Le Moyne College, for creating a crucial environment for young passionate women to succeed in their career aspirations. I had many questions and interests but wasn't sure how to get there. Being a part of Accelerate Success gave me the confidence and resources to reach my goals and make amazing friends along the way.”
